How we work


Step 1

Design Time

To start with, book an appointment via our website and a Design Consultant will be allocated to you. They will chat to you to find out more about your requirements, budget and lifestyle and share ideas and design options. In the mean time we do suggest you look at the product options on our website so you can see what style inspires you the most.


Step 2


We provide you with a quote and 3D rendered designs for your consideration. This is an opportunity to fine-tune any details or adjustments to the design. Once these are completed, the designs can be finalised. At this stage we require a 50% deposit as confirmation to proceed.


Step 3


We take care of all the details. Once we have received your deposit and have completed a final measure, we submit your job to our factory for manufacturing where you will be supplied with an estimated installation date.  Lead times vary between 25 – 30 working days depending on products and our suppliers. 


Step 4


Your wardrobe is delivered and installed by our team of professional tradesmen. At Designer Homeware communication is paramount and we will work closely with your builder or yourself to ensure a seamless installation process. Once your storage solutions are installed, we’ll follow up with you to ensure you’re happy with the end result.
